"I’ve been extremely happy all 3 times I’ve been into Eternal. Lexi has pierced my second lobes, a helix, and done a jewelry downsize. She is so sweet and professional and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process each time. I never felt rushed in jewelry selection (even when I felt like I was taking a long time to pick…lots of cute options!), or asking to move piercing markings until I was happy with the placement. I was given verbal and written aftercare instructions. The piercings are healing fantastically. Everything is immaculately clean and organized in the shop (including the bathrooms) and sterile equipment was opened in front of me. I will be back for more piercings when I’m healed enough!"
